9x555 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "9x555" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the website at 9x555.net and all associated services, games, and account functions.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 9x555 or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration, used to access platform services and manage balances.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, net of any bonus restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional funds, free spin winnings, or cashback credits credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance or winnings derived from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process 9x555 is obligated to conduct under its international gaming license obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all account balances and transactions on 9x555 are denominated.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a 9x555 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9x555 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any Real Money Balance refunded to the original deposit payment method.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and bot-operated accounts are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information — including a fictitious name, date of birth, address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must hold a valid payment method in your own name through which deposits and withdrawals will be processed. Third-party payment arrangements are prohibited without prior written approval from 9x555.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 9x555 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not complete registration and must not use the 9x555 platform in any capacity.

03 Account Management

Once registered, you are solely responsible for the security and integrity of your 9x555 account. Your obligations in relation to account management include the following:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication device — confidential at all times. You must not share your account access with any other person, regardless of their relationship to you.
• You must notify 9x555 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 9x555 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you, subject to the exception in the preceding point.
• 9x555 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or any other legitimate regulatory or security concern.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 9x555 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method.

9x555 may conduct KYC verification at any point — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or periodically as required under the platform's licensing obligations. KYC documentation may include government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9x555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted payment methods are subject to change at the platform's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to existing account holders where practicable.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. 9x555 does not impose processing delays on standard deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are published in the account cashier section and may vary by payment method and account tier. 9x555 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for any deposit that triggers an internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) threshold.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the requesting account. Processing timelines are as follows:

• Silver Tier: Standard processing within 24 hours of request approval.
• Gold Tier: Priority processing, same-day where the request is submitted before 6:00 PM PKT.
• Platinum and Elite Reserve Tiers: Expedited processing, typically within two to four hours during support operating hours.

9x555 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to technical limitations of the payment method in question. 9x555 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

9x555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on 9x555:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from that balance, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10% to 25%). Slot titles generally contribute at 100% unless excluded. The full game contribution table is available in the promotions section of the platform.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the expiry period will be removed from the account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawable Winnings: Certain promotional offers impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated explicitly in the offer terms. Winnings above the cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed when the withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus Abuse: 9x555 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: placing low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine exposure; using bonuses from multiple accounts for the same offer; and withdrawing funds while a Bonus Balance with active wagering requirements remains on the account. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated winnings forfeited.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9x555 platform — whether RNG-based casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets — are governed by specific rules published within each game's interface or within the sports betting section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all players.

9x555 uses certified and independently audited game software from licensed providers. RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes for all applicable games are tested and certified by authorised independent testing laboratories. 9x555 does not intervene in game outcomes and has no ability to alter RNG results in real time.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or communication failure during a game round, 9x555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's Real Money Balance. Where a game round was affected by a fault that produced an artificially inflated win, 9x555 reserves the right to recover the amount in excess of what the correct outcome would have produced.

Sports betting markets on 9x555 — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and all other listed markets — are subject to settlement rules published within the sports book section. Odds are set and may be updated by 9x555 at any time prior to bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked and cannot be altered.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9x555. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, sports betting, or any competitive format available on 9x555.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Discoveries of platform errors must be reported to 9x555 support immediately. Exploiting a known error constitutes prohibited conduct regardless of whether the error was reported.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith — i.e., disputing a deposit with your payment provider after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you are aware of that prohibition.

08 Responsible Gaming

9x555 is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity within healthy limits. These tools are available to all registered account holders at no cost and can be accessed from the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 9x555 account. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further wagers will not be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your 9x555 account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains registered but you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are closed and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Marketing communications are suspended immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

9x555 may, at its discretion, apply responsible gaming interventions — including account-level deposit limit reductions or temporary suspensions — where the platform identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. Such interventions are not a substitute for a player's own responsibility to use the tools available to them.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9x555 platform — including the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the property of 9x555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 9x555 platform without prior written consent from 9x555. Reverse engineering of platform software, game mechanics, or any technical component of the 9x555 service is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

9x555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free service, 9x555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical faults. 9x555 shall not be liable for any losses — including betting losses, missed opportunities, or financial harm — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9x555's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9x555 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration or KYC.
• Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside 9x555's control.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end that affect bet placement or game continuity.

11 Privacy & Data

9x555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can access the full Privacy Policy at 9x555.net/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected by 9x555 is used for the following purposes: account administration, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. 9x555 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software suppliers) only to the extent necessary for platform operations, and always under data processing agreements consistent with the platform's privacy obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

9x555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — i.e., where they affect player rights, financial obligations, or access conditions in a meaningful way — 9x555 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the 9x555 platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. 9x555 will refund any Real Money Balance remaining in your account upon closure.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 9x555.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of 9x555, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact 9x555 customer support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. Provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. The support team aims to resolve first-contact complaints within 48 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may escalate it as a formal complaint by notifying 9x555 in writing at the support email address above, marking your communication "Formal Complaint." 9x555 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 9x555's gaming license, as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.

Players are encouraged to attempt internal resolution before escalating to external bodies. 9x555 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9x555 holds its international gaming license. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9x555 platform.

Nothing in this clause limits 9x555's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
